I forgot to bring my membership card with me so borrowed my boyfriend. When I was in reception the lady scanned my card and said it’s not yours then CUT MY BOYFRIEND’S CARD WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. This is appaling! I was appalled! Then I asked why she didn’t ask me at least explain it to me what is the regulation because I still can use my DOB and full name to get in anyway. Instead of apologizing, she rolled eyes to me and said I don’t need to explain to you, I can get another card if you need.
Brilliant venue for Cricket. All staff members were very friendly and helping. The food and drink options are overpriced portions sizes are small for what you are paying. It was a fantastic day out a very enjoyable experience
The atmosphere was great during the world championship of legends game. We arrived early and luckily found parking at cannon hill park opposite the stadium £5 for the whole day. Made our way inside Eric Hollies stand good seats with plenty of leg room excellent view of the pitch.
Slap bang on the heart of the city. Birmingham railway station just up the street, tram stop close by. The Bull ring just around the corner.
It was hard to find parking near the stadium and took a good whole 30 minutes to get parking and walking to the stadium. It was our first time visiting it so we didn't know any place where we could park.
Didn't have an evening meal but there was a wide choice of food and drink for breakfast. Two of the waiting staff were incredibly attentive, helpful and polite: Hossein and Tefayul. Will definitely stay at the hotel again.

I stayed here recently. I found the hotel to be drab, lifeless and tired. I stayed in a room which overlooked the most depressing view of a flat roof and some scruffy looking offices directly opposite. It was grim and somewhat depressing to peer out from the curtains which I kept shut for the duration. The chap on the desk said he had a lovely room for me so I was eagerly anticipating something rather special. Instead I was greeted with a basic room that was clean and tidy with adequate facilities. My next door neighbour was playing dance anthems at top notch. There was access to the room next door by an adjoining door.
I enjoy coming every day, hospitality here is excellent. Alan and Christina have great customer service. I love all the bar staff there.
The hotel arranged for some cakes and chocolates to greet my wife in the room for her birthday which was great.
Bot happy with there services.also the rooms look bigger on on-line pictures but the rooms are small . As for the services,l offered to pay somthing so that the hotel does something for my finances birthday and the said l shouldn’t pay they offer platters but nothing at all was offered.
The breakfast was terrific, offering various options to cater to everyone's taste. The food quality was top-notch, and the service was prompt and efficient. Overall, my experience at the Hyatt Regency Birmingham was nothing short of exceptional, Glasgow slots and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in the heart of the city.
